Each course requires a minimum number of learners to avoid cancellation.  If less than the minimum number of learners register 30 days prior to the course date, the Program will cancel the course.  Learners will have the option of either receiving a full refund or transferring their enrollment to another available course date.

The program will reserve a space for you, once we receive your payment for the course fee.  Incomplete registrations without payment will go on a wait‐list.

Learners enrolled on a course date may change to a different available course date without penalty, up to 30 business days prior to the registered course.

Learners can cancel a course reservation up until 30 business days prior to a course, and the course fee will be refunded, minus a 10% processing fee.

If learners cancel or change a reservation less than 30 business days prior to their scheduled course, their course fee will not be refunded unless a prospective learner on a wait-list fills the spot.  If the spot is filled, the course fee will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee.

Substitutions are allowed up to one-week in advance of the course.  We will refund the course fee, minus a 10% processing fee.

All cancellations, scheduling change requests, and substitutions must be submitted in writing via e-mail or letter.

Learners who do not show up for a course forfeit their course fee.
